Purpose: This class will use electronic Lego kits to create a robot. Students will learn the engineering and technology concepts involved in the development of robotics while creating one in a team group. Students will decide whether or not to compete in the Lego League competition.

Description of learning activities: Working in teams, research, concept development, trial and error as we take on a task that will be a challenge for all.

Follow-up or at-home activities: Students and parents will be asked to come to 1 or two meetings in the summer to begin the project and decide whether or not to enter the competition.
