Purpose: This class explores the composition, use , and construction of clothing and household goods made of fiber.

Description of learning activities: Students will experience weaving, knitting and sewing of clothing project of their choice. Students are asked to purchase and bring supplies to class for their projects. Equipment is provided.

Follow-up or at-home activities: Most project work is done in class. However, students are encouraged to practice their new skills at home.
