Please choose from the following activities and return the packet by Friday.  Try to spend about 20 minutes each night.

____  Read at home.  Try to read at least 15 - 20 minutes each night. 

____  Tell your family all about our field trip to the Seattle Art Museum and the Sculpture Park.  What was your favorite sculpture?

____  Read the article "Carnation Shows Off For the Camera" in the Rivercurrents Newspaper.  There is a paragraph all about Room 208 and the "Chocolate Cha Cha!"  We are famous!

____  Look through your math papers on story problems.  Be ready for more story problem math next week.  Remember you need to have an equation, explain your strategy in numbers or words, and don't forget the answer!

____  Look through your last published story.  You should have your prewrite (plan), rough draft, revised/edited copy, and the published/illustrated copy.  Wow!  That's a lot of work.

____  Please return your basal reader if you have not already done so.

____  Remember that Wednesday is library and popcorn day and Tuesday/Thursday are P.E. days. 

____  This is your last homework from Room 208!!  Enjoy the break!  You have done a lot of hard work!
